We've taken this super cool old building and turned it into seven snug studios, perfect for independent beauty and wellness gurus. We want our space to be more than just a salon or a wellness center. It's a place where you can follow your passions, grow your business, and feel totally supported while you're at it. And hey, as lady bosses ourselves, we're all about inclusivity and making sure everyone feels welcome. We're building a real community, where we're all cheering each other on.

Our Space
Reviving History, Cultivating Creativity
Our charming building, originally established as Golden Rule Grocery in Upper Fremont back in 1916, has evolved into a hub for numerous prosperous ventures over the years. Today, it stands as the Golden Rule Collective, providing a nurturing space for independent practitioners to thrive. Proudly owned by women, our building is also home to Deity Skincare, a thriving skincare studio rooted in the community for over 12 years.
Situated at the junction of N 45th St. and Phinney Avenue, our charming space offers convenient proximity to coffee shops, eateries, grocery stores, and public transport. Positioned at street level, it has an inviting presence in the predominantly residential Upper Fremont neighborhood.
We've revitalized this unique space with a total makeover. Brand new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and finishings have been added, blending modern freshness with vintage charm. It's a perfect mix of the past and present, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Our seven private salon suites are tailor-made for creative service and wellness professionals. Ranging from 86 to 113 square feet, each suite boasts ceilings measuring 10 to 14 feet high and includes a water hookup. These spaces can be customized to meet your specific needs.
