Amanda Joy
Amanda’s work in hair has evolved from a pursuit of technical precision into a deeper expression of care, connection, and transformation. What began as a love for craft and education has grown into something more intimate—a practice of presence, softness, and honoring the quiet power of becoming.
At The Shell, her approach is both intuitive and intentional. She blends effortless, lived-in styling with a grounded, nurturing presence—meeting each guest with curiosity and reverence. Her work is rooted in wholeness, in listening deeply, and in creating space for beauty to unfold naturally.

Arianna
Arianna brings nearly two decades of experience in haircutting, hair color, and bridal styling, along with a background in hair color education. Her work has evolved over time to a deeper calling: disrupting capitalism by giving back to community and creating affirming, intentional spaces for neurodiverse, queer, and marginalized clients.
Arianna approaches hair as a form of storytelling, using unique questions and deep connection in consultation to help clients bring their true energy and essence into the way their hair reflects them back to the world. Arianna brings both technical mastery and radical softness to their craft, blending beauty with advocacy and care.
Their work at The Shell is rooted in healing and wholeness—holding space for authentic expression, connection, and creative exploration. Arianna is currently expanding their practice into intuitive growth and sound healing, deepening their capacity to support others through nervous system attunement, ritual, and presence.
